Almost impossible to put down

I picked this book up in a bookstore and started reading and quickly found myself unable to put it down. Based on the graphics I thought it would be for kids but the content is really for anyone still learning tactics (under 1800 USCF). There are many books on tactics but what really stands out in this book are the great little tips that come with each section. These tips are very eye opening and have changed my general approach at the board when dealing with tactics. There's also 58 puzzles at the end which is never a bad thing. For the price and the advice I highly recommend this book.

If you're going to learn anything, you may as well learn from the best. "Checkmate Tactics" is a Chess tactics guide from world renown player Garry Kasparov as he encourages readers with his own blend of tactics and tips, outlining common strategies and how to foil them, as well as offering plenty of counters to the counters. With plenty of puzzles and drills to help a chess player take themselves to the next level, "Checkmate Tactics" is a fine read for anyone beginner or intermediate player, who wants to hone their craft at the game.

Satisfied With the Book

First off, this book is exactly what it says it is, It looks just as shown in the picture, Its actually much more shiny and in good shape in person, Theres no issues with the packaging at least for me, and it also came in a reasonable amount of time maybe 2-4 days... Theres really not much to say about it, it just helps you learn the basics of chess and what not, it was for my dad and he likes it.
