I don't believe the Kindle version varies from paper but there is plenty of white space. Enough to elaborate more on potentially riveting memoirs. Normally, the shorter the work, the more impactful each word (and even punctuation) becomes, and there is just not much of that here. Simply put, I couldn't find much depth in this poetry chapbook.

Another WOW factor book.

As we continue with Jackie, "James" and Mitch saga we are introduced to different characters that will have you scratchig your head wondering about their hdden agenda, while seeing a different side of this three.

There are so many twist and turns to this plot when you think you have it figured it out you get blindsided with another twist. But lets not forget the main point here in one hand you have a broken soul that is looking to be saved and on the other hand you have an alpha dominant broken soul that without realization he is being save. Add two young broken souls "James's" sons that also need healing.

Once again you find loving some and disliking others that is something you did in the previous installment. Again this book has more than one intense situations that some readers might find offensive.

Due to some sensitive materials this book is recommended for readers 18 years and older. Readers discretion advice.

Perfect escalation from the first one

This was an excellent sequel, I was dying to read more of James and Jackie's story. I loved seeing how his sons adjusted to their new life in Vermont. It was amazing seeing James slowly evolve into a better man, though he kept his hard edge. Jackie is just the type of female character I like, she handles conflict logically and with a sweet attitude rather than erupting with anger at the first sign of trouble. The eroticism in this story was top-notch, I enjoyed every second of it. I liked watching their relationship grow as they helped each other shed some of the abuse they'd suffered in the past. Five glowing stars from me, I want more of James and Jackie!

Things start to pick up in book 2 and sparks ignite even more. Jackie and James are in the beginning of forming a bond and feelings are going higher. Mitch is still an a**hole, wanting what he threw away and can no longer have. Augusta (Gussie) is the nosy, gossipy, rich woman in town and also wants what she can not have. Things start to come clearer and emotions run even higher. I can't wait to read the next book in this series. Tracy Gilmore captured me right from the start and pulled me into the story all the way to the end, leaving me wanting more.

La bioestadística inferencial, supone un paso más ya que permite demostrar asociaciones o relaciones entre las diferentes características observadas en una muestra; es decir permite extraer conclusiones. La obra también permite al lector conocer el software utilizado actualmente para tratar los datos y obtener resultados, con lo que se presenta el STATA, programa principal hoy en día en detrimento del SAS o SPSS que es el que se venía utilizando hasta hace unos años. Por ello, uno de los valores diferenciales de la obra es que integra plenamente los contenidos teóricos con el software más divulgado. Se describen de forma pormenorizada todos los métodos estadísticos bivariantes, pero también se da una visión general de las principales técnicas multivariantes  y del análisis de supervivencia. Es una tendencia totalmente demostrada que tanto revistas internacionales de prestigio como The Lancet, The New England Journal of Medicine o nacionales como Medicina Clínica, publican estudios clínicos de carácter multivariante. Otro elemento a destacar del texto es la gran abundancia de ejercicios y preguntas que se presentan a lo largo de los diferentes capítulos. Así, al final de cada uno de ellos, se ofrecen aprox. un total de 30 cuestiones y 10 problemas de aplicación directa de los principios teóricos explicados. Asimismo, en el mismo capítulo se dan las soluciones a cada una de las preguntas con su correspondiente razonamiento. De esa forma, el libro contiene aprox. más de 300 cuestiones y más de 100 ejercicios, todos ellos plantean situaciones relativas al contexto sanitario.

Texto muy práctico que facilita conocer los principales métodos estadísticos aplicados al contexto biomédico para poder interpretar adecuadamente los resultados obtenidos tras los diferentes estudios clínicos y formular conclusiones.

Aborda tanto la bioestadística descriptiva como la bioestadística analítica o inferencial y permite conocer el software utilizado actualmente para tratar los datos y obtener resultados, el STATA, programa que ha sustituido al SAS o SPSS.

Presenta detalladamente todos los métodos estadísticos bivariantes, pero también se da una visión general de las principales técnicas multivariantes y del análisis de supervivencia.

Ofrece una gran abundancia de ejercicios y preguntas que se presentan a lo largo de los diferentes capítulos, todos ellos relativos al contexto sanitario.

Introducing George M�ller

By the time Curly Roddy was twelve years old, he’d already survived six years as a homeless orphan on the cruel streets of London in the 1870s. Enlisting the help of a local thug and thief, Spud Baxter, a plan is soon put into place. With Spud’s pistol and brute force, the church’s treasure should easily be taken.

But the highway robbery brings Curly more trouble than he had bargained for. Is it scarier to be sent to the orphanage from which he stole the money than to be sent to prison? Will George M�ller, the man in charge of the orphanage, make Curly into a slave to earn back at least a portion of the money? Or might they do something even worse?

Curly’s in for the biggest surprise of his young life!

This is one of our favorite "trailblazer" books (although ALL of them are very good). George Muller's story is faith-building and inspiring. My children were 4 and 6 when we first read this book aloud. It is captivating for older children as well (probably up to about 11/12). Read this story and be encouraged to pray and trust God for all things and follow His call. Also, this story shows the redemptive love and power of God. G. Muller did not start out on the "right track", but God transformed him and used him mightily.
