About the Author
Paul D'Anieri is a professor of political science as well as provost and executive vice chancellor at the University of California, Riverside. He has taught international politics for over 20 years. His research focuses on and foreign policy in the post-Soviet states, and especially on Ukraine-Russia relations. Dr. D'Anieri's books include Economic Interdependence in Ukrainian-Russian Relations; Understanding Ukrainian Politics: Power, Politics, and Institutional Design; and Politics and Society in Ukraine. His articles have appeared in numerous academic journals and books on Eastern European politics. He received his Ph.D. from Cornell in 1991.

Extremely satisfied with the book I bought

I bought this book because it was required for my course. The book is very interesting. It covers important topics that allow a reader/student to have clear understanding about international topics. It is one of those books that I have been able to read from the first page to end page by page. It is the sort that can be read all over again because of its interesting topics from the real world.
I couldn't believe I was able to find a book in a very good condition for such a competitive price. I love Amazon. It was a life savior. It let me have a book that I wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. Thank you so much. I have been satisfied both with the quality and price of the book. Plus, I received the book fast.
