he's going to love this gift

I ordered this book for my weightlifting teenage son. It's a Christmas gift so he hasn't received it yet, but I've been looking through it and the recipes sound delish and use normal, real foods. I think, along with a Ninja blender, he's going to love this gift. He loves cooking and trying new recipes. The intro is also helpful with lots of bodybuilding tips and a few plugs for the author's other products.

If you want to lose fat, gain muscle, or just recomp your body, this book is a must if you don't want eat bland food. The book gives nice recipes which are easy to follow, gives a nice nutrition intro at beginning. Each recipes also comes with macro break down, with the nutrition intro at beginning you can design your own meal plan at no time. The book also gives bonuses like excel sheets for the macros of each recipes so you can easily design your own meal plan and track. It is a must have.

Get this if you want to taste great healthy food

great book, simple but tasty recipes, I have probably cooked about 80% of the recipes and loved pretty much all of them.
Even my wife who is not as health conscious as me loved the food.
Just a heads up there are some ingredients you have to go hunting for and are not at your local grocery store and you will go through a ton of onions and garlic.
